Operator and Acceptance of Terms

newspadix operates this website as a commercial resource providing information and courses on audiovisual production topics including broadcast studio design, camera control systems, professional lighting arrangements, sound engineering and streamlined workflows for television networks and live events. By accessing or using any part of the site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree you must leave the site immediately. These terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and newspadix under the laws of the United Kingdom.

Eligibility and Permitted Use

Governing Law, Courts and Consumer Dispute Rights

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts. Nothing affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law or your ability to use alternative dispute resolution services where applicable.

Severability, Waiver, Changes and Contact

If any provision of these terms is found invalid the remainder continues in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. newspadix may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
